As of Monday, visitors to the intu Trafford Centre will be in for a treat as the latest addition, Wagamama Trafford Centre. The new restaurant is the largest in the Wagamama family opens its doors to the public.

Offering pan-Asian style cuisine, the restaurant is sure to deliver fast food, packed full of flavour.
How do I know this for sure? Well, Wagamama invited us to meet with their Executive Chef Steve Mangleshot. He is the big cheese! The chef who has compiled an awesome new menu available at all the Wagamama locations and he is a huge Chelsea fan! This guy knew what he was talking about!
Ramen is the most popular Wagamama menu option
Ramen is a big player on the Wagamama menu. If you do not really appreciate noodle based meals, then there are alternatives such as my own personal favourite ‘Chicken Katsu Curry’.
How are the menus compiled?
The menu is based heavily on flavour as who wants to simply slurp at tasteless noodles and stock at the end of your meal? Steve has counteracted this problem to ensure all the meals taste as good and flavoursome at the end of the meal as they do from the first bite.
Tender ‘Beef Short Rib Ramen’ was delightful to watch being prepare and cooked, not as much as it was to feast on though! The beef simply fell off the bone on first touch – quite simply pull at it with a fork and voila!
Slow cooked for 6-8 hours beforehand, the beef is already prepared, then reheated with a marinade and special chilli sauce when you order the dish.
Every meal has been chosen with convenience, full flavour, satisfaction and price point in mind. Be prepared, you will feel full when you leave Wagamama!
Largest Wagamama Restaurant in the UK
Being the largest Wagamama in the UK, the pressure is on for everything to be perfect for when the restaurant opens to the public on Monday 12th October.
Split over two floors, the restaurant comprises of the expected benches, long tables and open plan kitchen for all the diners to see. However there are booths for a more intimate feel. Bookings can be taken for parties 6 diners and over.
